1) Worldwide Tours payment (a) 10% deposit at time of booking; b) Full payment due three weeks prior to the trip.2) Refund policy (a) 72 hours prior to trip for a full refund; (b) 48 hours prior to trip will be charged 50% cancellation fee; (c) Non-refundable within 48 hours. 3) A full hour overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the reservation. 4) Worldwide Tours will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations due to weather, flight, traffic, unsafe road conditions, and other natural difficulties. 5) The client assumes full financial liability for any damages to the vehicle occur during the duration of the rental which caused by any member of the party in the vehicle. A Sanitation/cleaning fee of $500.00 might be charged. 6) Alcoholic beverages & smoking are prohibited on any Worldwide Tours vehicle. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fine will be paid for by the client. The driver has the right to terminate the trip without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client). 7) Worldwide Tours is NOT responsible for articles left in the vehicle on or after the trip. 8) Vehicle cannot be loaded beyond its seating capacity. 9) Worldwide Tours reserves the right to cancel a reservation which is not paid 3 weeks prior to the trip. *****We respect your privacy and will keep your contact information and email address confidential.
